Returns

We accept returns if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or a video showing the issue.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund if the return is approved.

Refunds will be issued through the payment method agreed upon with the customer.

Lifetime Color Warranty

Every Vortex product comes with a Lifetime Color Warranty. If the color fades or changes due to a manufacturing or coating issue, we will provide a replacement.

The Lifetime Color Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, scratches, chemicals, perfumes, or physical damage.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered by the customer may not be eligible for a return or refund.
