Shipping

Standard delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days.
Standard shipping charges are Rs. 150.
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and following the required return procedure.

Lifetime Color Warranty

Every Vortex product comes with a Lifetime Color Warranty. The warranty covers color fading or discoloration caused by a manufacturing or coating issue.

The warranty does not cover scratches, physical damage, improper use, exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or normal wear and tear. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for complete details.

Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information when placing an order. Vortex is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

All content on the Vortex website, including product images, logos, text, graphics, and designs, belongs to Vortex or its respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
